Kumon Blairgowrie was established in 1998 by Megan Warren. From a modest start in one renovated classroom, the centre has flourished and grown over the years, now comprising of four spacious classrooms. Children aged from three to eighteen years old attend this vibrant centre. The furniture throughout the centre is designed to meet the needs of the various age groups from pre-school tables to high school style desks. There is ample parking overseen by our car guard, and seating outside the classrooms for parents and minders, with WIFI access.
A team of ten dedicated assistants ensure the smooth running of the Blairgowrie centre. There is a purposeful and efficient atmosphere at the centre in which the various age groups complete their Kumon worksheets and supplementary activities. The aim is to develop the students’ ability to complete an appropriate amount of work with good concentration and accuracy as they progress through the Kumon programmes, and ultimately to study material above their school grade with ease and independence. The centre strives to develop happy, confident students in an atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth.
