Grade 5 Kumon student invited to participate in the Eskom Expo For Young Scientists!

Yuvraani, who is a Grade 5 student at the Westville North Kumon Centre, was invited to participate in the Eskom Expo For Young Scientists! There were a variety of science topics to choose from.

Yuvraani’s project was about producing sustainable electricity using wind to power turbines that can store energy. She has made it though the initial rounds of the competition, where judges from Eskom and various other schools in the area came to inspect and view all the projects on display.

Kumon Instructor Kevin is extremely proud of Yuvraani, as are her parents who want to acknowledge Kevin for guiding Yuvraani not only in her Kumon studies but in the project as well!
